Exercising
Want a fun way to exercise? I mean most people don't like it, it just seems like a hassle. But everyone wants a toned, lean bod right? So a few fun ways I just burn some carbs:
Invite a few friends over and just run and be wild! Run or jog or even walk around your neighborhood. Play games go to a playground. Or try with friends doing different walking or running techniques on a treadmill. Cross your legs or walk backwards. Dance to great music!
